The hotel is located right on the main street that runs along the beach. Traffic is prohibited on this narrow street during most of the year.

Most rooms have a balcony with a sea view. The sea is only across the street; you can hear the waves at night. Most rooms have a toilet, shower, televison and telephone. The rooms are cleaned daily. A new hot water system provides good showers. There is an elevator. There are larger rooms for families. There is a bar which is open most of the day and evening but no music! To make a reservation, please telephone direct to the hotel.   Andrea Poggi, the owner, is there most of the time and he speaks many languages.   If phoning from the USA please remember that Italy is 6 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time.   I have found the best time to phone is between 3-5 PM EST, that's 9-11 PM in the Cinque Terre.
